The present invention relates to a nanocrystalline metal-organic framework (MOF) capable of effectively accepting and protecting an organic light-emitting material for bio-imaging. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nanocrystalline metal-organic framework. In the MOF having a plurality of pores, bio-imaging agents are accommodated in the plurality of pores, and the size of the pore corresponds to the size of the bio-imaging agent so that the bio-imaging agents cannot get in and out of the pores.본 발명은, 유기 발광성 물질을 바이오 이미징을 위해 효과적으로 수용 및 보호시킬 수 있는 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은, 복수 개의 기공을 갖는 나노금속유기골격구조체(Nanocrystalline Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 기공에 바이오 이미징용 물질(Imaging-agent)이 수용되되, 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질이 상기 기공에 유출입이 불가능하도록 상기 기공의 크기가 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질의 크기에 대응되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다.
