The present invention relates to a nanometallic organic skeleton structure capable of effectively accepting and protecting an organic light emitting material for bio-imaging. More particularly, the present invention relates to nanostructured metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) having a plurality of pores, wherein a plurality of pores are filled with a bio-imaging material, Wherein the size of the pores corresponds to the size of the bioimaging material so that the material can not flow into the pores.본 발명은, 유기 발광성 물질을 바이오 이미징을 위해 효과적으로 수용 및 보호시킬 수 있는 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은, 복수 개의 기공을 갖는 나노금속유기골격구조체(Nanocrystalline Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 기공에 바이오 이미징용 물질(Imaging-agent)이 수용되되, 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질이 상기 기공에 유출입이 불가능하도록 상기 기공의 크기가 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질의 크기에 대응되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다.
