The present invention relates to a disposable band made up of a gauze portion and a band portion. The length-extendable disposable band according to the present invention includes: the band portion made up of a first band that has a width exceeding the width of the gauze portion to receive the gauze portion, a second band extending in a leftward length direction from the first band, and a third band extending in a rightward length direction from the first band the gauze portion made up of a first gauze received by a front face of the first band and positioned at the center of the first band, a second gauze received by the front face of the first band and positioned on the left side of the first gauze, and a third gauze received by the front face of the first band and positioned on the right side of the first gauze and a coupling portion formed by bonding of a first band bottom surface corresponding to the center of the second gauze and a first band bottom surface corresponding to the center of the third gauze. The present invention not only provides a function to protect and treat a scar, which is a function of existing disposable bands, but also is capable of responding to a scar twice to three times longer than the existing disposable bands by means of gauze portion extension.
