PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable auxiliary pad which can be easily attached and positioned, and prevented from excessively following the movement of users clothes to which the pad is attached, and can prevent a decrease in fittability to a wearer.SOLUTION: The disposable auxiliary pad is a disposable auxiliary pad having a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid non-permeable back sheet and an absorbent body arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, wherein a fastening member to be fastened to the inside of the users clothes so as to be attachable/detachable is provided on the rear surface side of the back sheet. The pad is characterized in that it has a front side portion and a rear side portion, and a crotch portion positioned between the front and rear side portions in the length direction, and has a center portion and a both end edge portion positioned on both sides of the center portion in the width direction and that the fastening member is provided on both end edge portion in the width direction in the front and rear side portions of the disposable auxiliary pad, thereby providing a region where the fastening member is not present in the crotch portion in the length direction and the center portion in the width direction of the disposable auxiliary pad.
