PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod having a tip rod which hardly causes the loosing of a freely movable guide and gives the smooth change of rigidity.SOLUTION: The fishing rod has a tip rod 10 which has a solid core material 12 and on which a freely movable guide 20 for inserting a line thereinto is mounted.
