PURPOSE: An oyster separating device is provided to prevent damage to raw oysters, increase freshness and marketability and facilitate oyster peeling work. CONSTITUTION: An oyster separating device (100) comprises the following: a screen tube (1) which is rotated by a driving device； a cleaning tube (2) which traverses the inside of the screen tube and sprays washing water； a motor (3) which is fixed on the outer surface of the screen tube； a motor shaft (4) installed across the inner space of the screen tube； a separating edge (5) which is installed on the motor shaft； and an axis part (6) supporting the end of the motor shaft. The separating edge is formed with at least one curved wing and installed to be adjacent to the axis part. The separating edge includes a longline guide in which both end parts are slantly fixed to the specified spot of the axis pipe of the separating edge and the specified spot of the upper side of a fixed part.본 발명은 양식된 굴을 수확하여 굴 덩이를 각각의 개별 개체로 분리하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 양식장에서 바로 수확된 다수 개의 굴 개체가 고착되어 형성된 굴 덩이로부터 각각의 개체로 굴을 분리할 수 있도록 곡선익과 연승가이드를 포함하여 구성된 분리기가 설치되어 구성된 발명이다. 따라서 양식장에서 수확된 굴 덩이로부터 각각의 굴 개체로 분리함으로써 덩이 상태의 개체와 개체 사이에 낀 뻘과 해초류 및 각종 이물질을 제거할 수 있어 육지로의 굴 이송에 있어 순수한 굴만의 이용이 가능하여 효율성이 증대되고, 육지에서의 굴을 까는 노동력의 절감과 작업성이 향상시킬 수 있는 굴 덩이 개체 분리 장치에 관한 것이다. 그리고 본 발명의 구조적 특징에 의해 연승이 꼬여 작업이 어려운 문제를 해결하여 개체 분리가 가능하게 됨으로써, 수확된 굴을 바로 현장에서 개체분리할 수 있어 육상으로의 운송 후에 수작업으로 갈고리 형태의 도구를 이용하여 개체 분리를 하는 것에 비하여 생굴의 손상을 방지하여 신선도와 상품성을 증대시키는 굴 덩이 개체 분리 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 구동장치에 의해 회전되는 스크린통； 스크린통의 내부로 가로질러 설치되어 세척수를 분사하는 세척관； 스크린통의 외부에 고정된 모터와, 스크린통의 내부를 가로질러 설치된 모터축과, 모터축에 하나 이상 설치된 분리날과, 모터축의 단부를 지지하는 축지부로 구성된 분리기；로 구성된 굴 덩이 개체 분리 장치가 제공된다.
