The present invention relates to an occipital region towing device for applying traction power for treatment which enable a user to process a towing treatment after fixing the neck of a patient to a proper angle by the neck condition of the patient. The present invention comprises the following: a base frame (10) with a guiding rail (11) on the upper side and a predetermined length； a moving plate (20) mounted on and combined to the upper side of the base frame (10) to be linearly moved along the guiding rail (11)； a rotation plate (30) installed to rotated within a predetermined angle around a rotary shaft (35) on the upper side of the moving plate (20)； a neck supporter (41) combined to one end of the rotation plate (30) for supporting the neck area of a treatment recipient； a fixing belt (50) for fixing the head of the treatment recipient by being connected to the rotation plate (30)； and a wire connection protrusion (60) for connecting a towing wire by being installed on the end of the moving plate (20).본 발명은 치료 견인력을 가하기 위한 후두부 견인장치에 관한 것으로서, 환자의 목 상태에 따라 적절한 각도로 목을 고정시킨 상태에서 견인 치료가 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 일정 길이를 이루고 있으며 상면에는 안내레일(11)이 구비되어져 있는 베이스프레임(10)과； 상기 안내레일(11)을 따라 직선 이동이 가능하도록 베이스프레임(10) 상면에 안착 결합되어진 이동플레이트(20)와； 상기 이동플레이트(20) 상면에 회동축(35)을 중심으로 일정 각도 범위내에서 회동 가능하게 구성된 회동플레이트(30)와； 상기 회동플레이트(30)의 일단부에 결합되어져 있으며, 치료 대상자의 목 부위를 받쳐주기 위한 목 지지구(41)와； 상기 회동플레이트(30)에 연결되어 치료 대상자의 머리부위를 고정시키기 위한 고정벨트(50)와； 상기 이동플레이트(20)의 단부에 구비되어 견인용 와이어가 연결되어지는 와이어 연결돌기(60)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
