The present invention relates to a massage device for a mattress and, more specifically, to a massage device for a mattress, performing a massage by using an inclined rotary plate whereas the rotary plate is horizontally positioned when not used to prevent a body from being soar, thereby being usable like a general mattress. The massage device for the mattress according to the present invention comprises: a frame installed within the mattress； a motor installed at the frame； a driving shaft installed vertical to the frame, receiving power of the motor by a power transmission device to rotate and provided with an inclined surface at an upper part thereof； a rotary plate combined to an upper end of the driving shaft to be horizontally installed； a moving bearing having an outer wheel fixated at the driving shaft and an inner wheel coupled to a driven shaft of the rotary plate to make rotation and inclination between both shafts possible； and a spacer provided at a lower part of the rotary plate and moving along the inclined surface of the driving shaft.
