The blanket body consists of a holding layer, an adsorption layer, a root preservation layer, a nutrient layer, and a plant cultivation layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. A plurality 5 of sinking bags for accommodating sinkable fillers are detachably arranged at the bottom of the holding layer. A plurality of cultivation holes used for cultivating the submerged plants are formed in the surface of the plant cultivation layer, and a limiting rope is arranged on the side edge of each cultivation hole. Storage grooves are formed in the surface of the plant cultivation layer and are located on the side o edges of the cultivation holes. The sinkable fillers and the sinking bags increase the weight of the blanket body, so that the blanket body can quickly sink into water; the limiting ropes can simply limit long submerged plants to prevent the long submerged plants from being stacked or intertwined; and nutrients beneficial to the growth of the submerged plants can be added into the storage grooves to promote the growth of 5 the submerged plants.
