This work is about an improved drinking device for livestock.There is a secondary water bowl under the water dispenser.The auxiliary water bowl is provided with at least one play sink.The two sides of the water chute are respectively provided with limiting elements.Through the auxiliary water bowl, the water from the water dispenser can be filled.The water liquid contained in the auxiliary water bowl,The mouth of the livestock can be provided to play water in the troughs.The two sides of the troughs are respectively provided with limiting elements.The swing of the animal's mouth will be limited.The water in the secondary water bowl will not produce a large fluctuation and spill out.Thus, water waste can be reduced.And improve the damage effect of water outlet control valve and water pump motor.本創作係有關一種改良之牲畜飲水裝置，主要係在飲水器的下方設有一個副水碗，該副水碗設有至少一格以上的戲水槽，在戲水槽二側且分別設有限制元件所構成；透過副水碗可對飲水器流出的水液盛裝容納，該容納在副水碗內的水液，將可提供牲畜的嘴部在戲水槽戲水，而以該戲水槽的二側分別設有限制元件，該牲畜嘴部戲水擺動的幅度將被限制，俾副水碗內的水液不會產生大幅波動往外濺出情形，進而可達到減少水液浪費，及改善出水控制閥和抽水馬達損壞的效果。
