PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyamide-based rubber elastic body spherical powder preferably used for cosmetic field or the like for example, and to provide a manufacturing method capable of manufacturing polyamide-based rubber elastic body spherical powder with excellent productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided spherical powder of a polyamide-based rubber elastic body in which (a) a maximum volume particle diameter is 60 &mum or less, (b) volume median particle diameter Din number distribution is 0.3 to 30 &mum, and (c) relative standard deviation CV in number distribution defined by the formula (I) is 80% or less on measurement by a pore electric resistance method.
