PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino acid-containing granule which has a solid shape with few fine particles, dissolving readily within an oral cavity, and a process for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a granule containing amino acids, wherein (i) a median size based on volume of the granule is 850 &mum or more, (ii) a content ratio of particles whose particle diameters are 212 &mum or less is 20 mass% or less, and (iii) a decay time is 28 seconds or less.
