COMPONENT (A) IS PREFERABLY AT LEAST ONE SELECTED FROM ALKYL SULFATES AND POLYOXYETHYLENE ALKYL ETHER SULFATES, AND COMPONENT (D) IS PREFERABLY AT LEAST ONE SELECTED FROM MALTOTETRAOSE AND MALTOPENTAOSE.
