PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture pain relieving device excellent in convenience to be used when a puncture needle is inserted into a patients body in a dialysis, etc.SOLUTION: A puncture pain relieving device is composed of a cooling implement 22 using a Peltier element, a body 11 storing the cooling implement 22, etc. and a presser 20 cooled by the cooling implement 22 and projecting from the body 11 to outside to be brought into contact with the skin of a patient. A projection 28 for forming a pressure mark M on the skin is provided on an end surface of the presser 20. By providing the projection 28, the pressure mark M such as a recess or a red colored part remains on the surface of the skin if only for a short period of time, after cooling the skin by the presser 20. The puncture pain relieving device is excellently convenient because a cooled area can be visually recognized with the pressure mark M, and by inserting a puncture needle into the center of the mark, pains can be securely relieved by an effect similar to refrigeration anesthesia.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】人工透析などで穿刺針を身体に刺し入れる際に用い、利便性に優れた穿刺痛緩和装置を提供すること。【解決手段】ペルチェ素子等を用いた冷却具22と、冷却具22等を収容する本体11と、冷却具22によって冷却され且つ本体11から外部に突出して皮膚に接触する押圧体20と、で穿刺痛緩和装置を構成して、押圧体20の端面には、皮膚に押圧跡Mを形成するための突出部28を設ける。このような突出部28を設けることで、押圧体20で皮膚を冷却した後、短時間ではあるが、凹部や赤色部などの押圧跡Mが皮膚表面に残る。この押圧跡Mにより、冷却した領域を視覚的に把握でき、その中心に穿刺針を刺し入れることで、冷凍麻酔に類似する効果で痛みを確実に緩和でき、利便性に優れる。【選択図】 図1
