PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of medical bag and the bag thereof that can prevent exfoliation of a display pattern printed on a sheet material.SOLUTION: A sheet material 21 is prepared to apply a corona discharge treatment to the surface of a part to be printed in the surface of sheet 21, and printing is carried out to the part undergoing the corona discharge treatment with an ultraviolet curable ink and the ink is cured by irradiating the ultraviolet ray to the printed ink in the production process of medical bag wherein the sheet material 21 is composed of a resin having polypropylene as its principal component, 100-250 MPa in Youngs modulus and 70-90° in contact angle of water. Then, the sheet material 21 cut with respect to each cut bag body, an outlet is fused to the clipped bag body and liquids are filled to first and second spaces respectively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】シート材に印刷された表示パターンの剥離を防止することができる医療用バッグの製造方法および医療用バッグを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の医療用バッグの製造方法では、ポリプロピレンを主成分とする樹脂で構成され、ヤング率が100~250MPa、水の接触角が70~90°であるシート材21を用意し、シート材21の印刷を施す部位の表面にコロナ放電処理を行い、シート材21のコロナ放電処理された部位に紫外線硬化性のインクを用いて印刷し、印刷後のインクに紫外線を照射し、そのインクを硬化させる。そして、シート材21を1つのバッグ本体分毎にカットし、カットされたバック本体に排出口を融着し、第1の空間および第2の空間にそれぞれ液体を充填する。【選択図】図2
