PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse measuring device capable of accurately measuring a pulse rate even when body motion of a subject to be measured is frequently generated.SOLUTION: A pulse measuring device comprises: a pulse wave signal acquisition section for detecting a pulse wave of a subject to be measured by a pulse wave sensor 15 and acquires a pulse wave signal indicating pulsation a body motion signal acquisition section for detecting body motion of the subject to be measured by an acceleration sensor 33 and acquires a body motion signal including an acceleration component a rest period detection section for detecting a rest period which is included in a predetermined analysis object period on the basis of both of the pulse wave signal and the body motion signal and substantially has no body motion of the subject to be measured and a pulse rate calculation section for finding a pulse rate of the subject to be measured on the basis of the pulse wave signal acquired within the analysis object period.
