PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericide which has a temporary bactericidal action of alcohol and a long term bactericidal action of the extract from the soil or sludge, and has no risk of an influence on the human beings and the environments similarly to alcohol, by mixing an easily and inexpensively extractable extract from the soil or sludge, which is safe for the human beings and animals and has reduced loads on an environment with alcohol.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by adding humic substance such as humin, humic acid and fulvic acid in particular extracted from the soil or sludge to alcohol.【課題】ヒト、動物に安全で環境に対する負荷も少なく容易かつ安価に抽出できる土壌、泥からの抽出物を、アルコールに混ぜることにより、アルコールの一時的な殺菌作用と、土壌、泥からの抽出物の長期的な殺菌作用を持ち、アルコールと同様に人体や環境への影響が懸念されることのない殺菌剤を提供する。【解決手段】土壌、泥から抽出したヒューミン、フミン酸、特にフルボ酸などのフミン物質をアルコールに添加することにより、上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図１２
