PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation which suppress an unpleasant odor by a simple method, a method for producing a tablet and a method for producing a coated tablet in a solid preparation comprising loxoprofen (salt) and acetaminophen.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid preparation which comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C). There is provided a method for producing a tablet which comprises a step of tableting molding a drug-containing powder comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C) to obtain the tablet. There is provided a method for producing a coated tablet which comprises a step of producing the tablet by the method of producing the tablet, using the resulting tablet as an uncoated tablet and providing a coating layer on a surface of the tablet.
