The invention provides an analysis method of ultrasound echo signals based on statistics of scatterer distributions. The beginning of steps, selecting an ultrasound echo signal point as a center from an ultrasound image data, a parameter value, such as a measure of location or a measure of dispersion, is derived by calculating ultrasound echo signal points within a window block. Then, choosing another ultrasound echo signal point as the enter to repeat the previous steps until all of ultrasound echo signal points may be calculated. The interval between each of ultrasound echo signal points is a specific point distance, and each of parameter values is an ultrasound scatterer structure statistic value to each of ultrasound echo signal points. Finally, an ultrasound scatterer structure image is formed in color levels according to the parameter values. It can assist doctor to confirm the relative region of lesion in a target organ.本發明提供一種取得聲波散射子之超音波影像方法及系統,其步驟包含:以超音波影像資料之其一超音波回音訊號點為中心,統計一視窗範圍內之超音波回音訊號點的訊號影像數值之分散量數、位置量數、或前述量數任意組合計算,取得一參數值;重複以一距離為區隔,並重複上述步驟直到完成所有超音波影像資料計算;將該些參數值分別作為超音波回音訊號點的聲波散射子數值;並以常用的色階表示方式輸出一超音波影像,借以區分血管壁與內部血流之資訊,輔助醫師確認其觀測器官之輪廓邊界、或與相鄰器官之相對位置,並辨識組織不同程度變異的結構特徵。400~450‧‧‧步驟
