PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of realizing easy and accurate measurement when measuring a spectacle wearing parameter.SOLUTION: A spectacle wearing parameter measuring device includes an imaging camera part, a sensor capable of understanding a posture of a device case, an information processing part which performs control in such a way as possibility of imaging is decided according to a degree of deviation of a direction of an optical axis of the imaging camera part relative to a horizontal plane that is understood by the sensor while a degree of rotation of the device case whose rotational axis is an axis that is parallel to the optical axis is not considered for possibility of imaging, and a display screen part capable of displaying an image of an imaging subject which is an examinee wearing a spectacle frame.
