PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition which is excellent in aroma generation at the time of use, is excellent in long-term stability, and has less stickiness at the time of coating.SOLUTION: A perfume composition contains 0.01-5.0 mass% of component (A), 0.1-15.0 mass% of component (B) and 0.1-10.0 mass% of component (C). Content of component (C)/content of component (A) is 0.5-5.0. Component (A) is a perfume. Component (B) is a water-soluble alkylene oxide derivative represented by RO-[(PO)m(EO)n]-H (I), in formula (1), R is a hydrocarbon group having 1-6 carbon atoms, PO is an oxypropylene group, EO is an oxyethylene group, m is an average addition molar number of the oxypropylene group PO and 1≤m≤30, n is an average addition molar number of the oxypropylene group EO and 1≤n≤30, when the total amount of the oxypropylene group PO and the oxyethylene group EO is 100 pts.mass, a mass ratio of the oxypropylene group PO is 35-75 pts.mass, and the oxypropylene group PO and the oxyethylene group EO are added in a random shape.
