Device (1) for the extraction of blood or a blood compound, that comprises a tube (10), a piston assembly (50), a handle assembly (30) that can be clipped to the piston assembly (50), and a perforable sealing element (70) that prevents the flow of fluid from a sealed interior space (15a) of the tube (10) towards a longitudinal interior cavity (35) of the handle assembly (30) located adjacent to a separable area (33) of the handle assembly (30). In use, the handle assembly (30) is pushed to the bottom of the tube (10), causing the handle assembly (30) to be clipped to the piston assembly (50); the handle assembly (30) and piston assembly (50) are then moved rearwards forming a vacuum in the space (15a); the piston assembly (50) is clipped to an end cap (90) of the tube (10) and the gripping portion (32) of the handle assembly (30) is separated, obtaining a vacuum container with a perforable closure.
