PURPOSE: An exhaust valve improvement apparatus of green is provided to reduce the use of agricultural chemical by increasing disease resistance and preventing summer depression of summer time grass and optimal grass growth. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust valve improvement apparatus comprises a vacuum tube(30) connected to the underground culvert tube on the ground of under green, a blowing unit installed to connect to a small tube inside of the vacuum tube, a blowing unit operating part applying vacuum suctioning force and exhausting pressure on the small tube of the inside of the vacuum tube, and a refrigerant unit(44) and a heater unit(46) installed to be connected to a ring blower and the vacuum tube. The blowing unit comprises a ring blower(40) connected to the small tube inside of the vacuum tube. The blowing unit operating part comprises a motor which a motor(50) shaft is axis-connected to the ring blower.본 발명은 그린의 흡배기 개선 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 구성은 그린(6) 아래의 지중에 매설된 맹암거관(20)에 연결된 진공관(30)과； 상기 진공관(30)의 내부 소통로에 연통되도록 설치된 블로잉 유닛과； 상기 블로잉 유닛에 연결되어 그 작동에 따라 상기 블로잉 유닛에 의해 상기 진공관(30) 내부의 소통로에 진공 흡입력 및 배기압이 작용되도록 하는 블로잉 유닛 구동부를 포함하며, 상기 블로잉 유닛은 상기 진공관(30)의 내부 소통로에 연통된 링블로워(40)로 구성되고, 상기 블로잉 유닛 구동부는 모터(50)축이 상기 링블로워(40)에 축결합된 모터(50)로 구성되며, 상기 링블로워(40)와 상기 모터(50)를 내장하여 지중에 매설하는 방수 프레임(14)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
