The rotating suction device according to the present invention comprises a body part having the length back and forth, having the outer circumferential surface formed in any one shape among a circle, an oval, or a polygon； a handle connected to the back end of the body in the smaller diameter to enable back and forth movement and rotation while a user grips with the hand； and an absorption member absorbing nasal discharge of a target person by being continuously wound to form a spiral along the back and forth direction of the body part.
