PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient electrostatic discharge durability by suppressing the circuit destruction by an electrostatic discharge from a subject.SOLUTION: Between a detecting element 1 and a response signal forming section 3, a protection section 6 which on/off-controls the electric connection between them is installed. When the contact or the contiguity of the subject 10 to the detecting element 1 is not sensed, the detecting element 1 and the response signal forming section 3 are electrically separated by the protection section 6, and at the same time, the static electricity of the subject 10 which is applied from the detecting element 1 is discharged to a grounding electric potential GND. When the contact or the contiguity of the subject 10 is sensed, the detecting element 1 and the response signal forming section 3 are electrically connected after the static electricity discharge period from the sensing has passed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体からの静電気放電による回路破壊を抑制し、十分な静電気放電耐性を得る。
