PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage unit capable of changing the degrees of projection of upper and lower treatment elements with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A massage unit includes: treatment elements 62b a pair of right ane left support arms 62a for vertically supporting the treatment elements 62b a massage shaft 73 for supporting the support arms 62a to be swingable in a front and rear direction and also allowing the treatment elements 62b to move in a right and left direction to perform massage operations a patting shaft 76 for allowing the treatment elements 62b to move in the front and rear direction to perform patting operations and connection members 79 for connecting the patting shaft 76 to the support arms 62a and transmitting driving by the patting shaft 76 to the support arms 62a. The connection members 79 are configured to be expandable to permit the swing of the support arms 62a in the front and rear direction.
