The present invention provides a cosmetic composition of a novel formulation in which an oil drop having a diameter of 0.1 to 5 mm is stably dispersed in an aqueous cosmetic composition, wherein the cosmetic composition has moisturizing feeling similar to the same of a conventional O/W type emulsion cosmetic, while exhibiting better applicability. In addition, the cosmetic composition of the present invention has less change in the formulation due to long-term storage and shaking, exhibits fresh feeling due to the water splash phenomenon during use, and can provide visual enjoyment to the user due to the emotional appearance.본 발명은 0.1~5mm의 직경을 갖는 오일 드롭이 수성 화장료 조성물에 안정하게 분산된 신규한 제형의 화장료 조성물을 제공함으로써, 종래의 O/W형 유화 화장료와 유사한 보습감을 갖되, 더 우수한 도포성을 나타내는 화장료 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 장기 보관 및 흔들림으로 인한 제형의 변화가 적고, 사용시 워터 스플래쉬(water splash) 현상으로 인해 산뜻한 사용감을 나타내며, 감성적 외관으로 인해 사용자에게 시각적 즐거움을 제공할 수 있다.
