The present invention provides methods for determining a combination of IL-2 therapy such as Proleukin® therapy with one or more targeted therapies for the treatment of a cancer such as metastatic melanoma or renal cell carcinoma. With the present invention, it is possible to design individualized treatment strategies for cancers by combining IL-2 therapy such as Proleukin® therapy with one or more targeted therapies such as BRAF, MEK, HH, PI3K/AKT and/or receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors.La présente invention concerne des procédés de détermination dune combinaison dune thérapie par IL-2, telle quune thérapie Proleukin®, avec une ou plusieurs thérapies ciblées pour le traitement dun cancer, tel quun mélanome métastatique ou un carcinome du rein. Grâce à la présente invention, il est possible de concevoir des stratégies de traitement individualisées pour des cancers en combinant une thérapie par IL-2, telle quune thérapie Proleukin®, avec une ou plusieurs thérapies ciblées, telles que des inhibiteurs de BRAF, de MEK, dHH, de PI3K/AKT et/ou des récepteurs de tyrosine kinase.
