The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer including a phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN) inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition including the PTEN inhibitor of the present invention is configured to inhibit a PTEN function, which is a negative regulator for controlling the activity of PI3K / AKT, but rather enhances an anti-cancer effect, such that an excellent effect can be expected for the use of prevention or treatment of cancer including cervical cancer.본 발명은 PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homolog) 억제제를 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PTEN 억제제를 포함하는 약학 조성물은 PI3K/AKT의 활성을 조절하는 음성조절자인 PTEN 기능을 저해하였는데도 오히려 항암효과가 증진되는 결과를 나타냄으로써 자궁경부암을 포함하는 암의 예방 또는 치료 용도로 우수한 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
