The group of inventions relates to medicine, and specifically to dental orthopaedics, and is intended for use in prosthetics. The method is carried out in stages. In a first stage, therapeutic preparation of a prosthetic appliance for teeth is carried out. In a second stage, root canals are prepared for metallic inlay cores. In a third stage, a metallic inlay core is manufactured with a tube having an internal thread and passing through the centre of the stump in a vertical plane. In a fourth stage, the inlay cores are fixed. In a fifth stage, teeth are prepared, moulds are taken, and temporary crowns are manufactured and fixed. In a sixth stage, an individual impression tray with openings in the projection of the threaded openings is manufactured. In a seventh stage, a two-layered mould is taken with the individual impression tray. In an eighth stage, a frame of the bridge prosthesis is manufactured, with openings being formed in the projection of the screw openings of the cores fixed in the teeth, and the frame is clad with a ceramic compound. In a ninth stage, the prepared bridge prosthesis is fixed to the teeth with cement and is screwed with screws to the cores. A kit is used to carry out the method.
