Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die medizinische Ausrüstung und betrifft insbesondere die Injektionsvorrichtungen zur Einmalanwendung. Die Spritze besteht aus einer Hohlnadel (5), einem Körper (1), einem Kolben (3) und einer Kolbenstange (2). Die Kolbenstange (2) mit dem Kolben (3) hat die gleiche Länge wie der Körper (1) sowie eine besondere Form des zylinderförmigen Haltegriffs (4). Zum Austritt der Lösung hat die Spritze nicht eine, sondern mehrere kleine Öffnungen (7), wodurch die Lösung ohne Hindernisse herausgelassen werden kann, die jedoch verhindern, dass die Kolbenstange (2) von der Nadelbefestigungsseite herausgedrückt wird.
