Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifftpharmazeutische Zusammensetzungen zur Zelltherapie mit zur Stammzelltherapie geeigneten nicht-embryonalen Stammzellen und als einziger Gerinnungs-inhibierender Komponente mindestens einen Thrombinhemmer, der nicht mit dem SDF-1 / CXCR4-Signalweg interferiert. Bevorzugt sind dabei das klinisch zugelassene Bivalirudin oder andere Hirudin-Analoga. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die entsprechende Verwendung dieser Thrombinhemmer insbesondere im Rahmen der Zelltherapie bei kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen.The present invention relates to pharmaceutical preparations for cell therapy using nonembryonal stem cells which are suitable for stem cell therapy and, as the only coagulation-inhibitory component, at least one thrombin inhibitor which does not interfere with the SDF-1/CXCR4 signal pathway. Preferred in this context are bivalirudin, which is clinically approved, or other hirudin analogues. The present invention furthermore relates to the corresponding use of these thrombin inhibitors, in particular within the scope of cell therapy in cardiovascular diseases.La présente invention a pour objet des compositions pharmaceutiques pour la thérapie cellulaire, comprenant des cellules souches non embryonnaires appropriées à la thérapie par cellules souches et, en tant quunique composant inhibiteur de coagulation, au moins un inhibiteur de la thrombine qui ninterfère pas avec la voie de signalisation SDF-1 / CXCR4. La préférence est donnée à cet effet à la bivalirudine cliniquement acceptable ou à dautres analogues de lhirudine. La présente invention concerne en outre lutilisation correspondante de cet inhibiteur de la thrombine, en particulier dans le cadre de la thérapie cellulaire pour des maladies cardiovasculaires.
