PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote health management system which enables a person in a remote area to monitor a daily health condition of a management object person with ease.SOLUTION: A remote health management system comprises: a sensor device 2 which is installed in a habitable room 300 of a residence 200 of a management object person 100 and has plural types of sensors 22-24 including an activity detection sensor 21 to detect activities of the management object person 100 in the habitable room 300 a management device 4 which is installed in a place remote from the residence 200 and a data transmission section 31 which transmits data acquired by the sensor device 2 to the management device 4. The management device 4 has a generation section 41 which generates a map, on the basis of chronologically accumulated data, showing the data with respective dates and times in a data detection period when the data is detected on a first axis and a second axis respectively.
