The enzyme-treated bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris mixing extract is manufactured by extracting the bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris by a solvent selected among carbon number 1-4 of alcohol or their mixture, then hydrolyzing the extract with &beta； - glucosidase. The enzyme-treated bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris mixing extract is comprised in a ratio of 0.0005-50 wt% to the total cosmetic composition.
