The present invention relates to a wood pillar for transplanting trees, used for transplanting work to move the position of the tree to a desired place； and a method for securing solid support of the tree using the same. The present invention aims to prevent, after transplantation, the tree from falling under the influence of external force such as wind or shaking from side to side, adversely affecting the growth of new roots, thereby helping fast rootage and stable growth of transplanted trees. The present invention is to support the transplanted tree firmly by binding the upper end of each wood pillar in a form surrounding the interval between stumps of the transplanted trees, with two-thirds of the four wood pillars with cross beams buried underground, and one-third of the same exposed to the ground.본 발명은 수목의 위치를 이동시켜 목적하는 장소로 옮겨심기 위한 이식 작업에 사용하게 되는 수목이식용 지주목과 이를 이용한 수목의 견고한 지지를 확보하기 위한 방법에 관한 것으로 이식 후 수목이 바람 등 외력의 영향으로 쓰러지거나 또는 좌우로 흔들려 새로운 뿌리의 생장에 악영향을 주는 것을 방지하여 이식한 수목의 빠른 활착과 안정된 성장을 돕기 위한 것으로 가로대를 부착한 4개의 지주목을 지중에 2/3부분이 매설되고 지상에 1/3노출된 상태로 각 지주목의 상단을 이식수목의 주간을 감싸는 형태로 결속하여 이식한 수목을 견고하게 지지하기 위한 것이다.
