PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily recognize how much a cumulative activity amount at the present point of time has been achieved for a target activity amount.SOLUTION: The acceleration sensor 10 of a body movement detection part 1 detects the body movement of a body. When acceleration signals which are the detected result of the acceleration sensor 10 are inputted, a microcomputer 6 sets the target activity amount stored in a memory 4 and measures the activity amount on the basis of the inputted acceleration signals. Thereafter, the microcomputer 6 accumulates the activity amount to the present point of time of measurement to attain a cumulative activity amount.
