PURPOSE: A red sea cucumber farming bath and a breeding method of red sea cucumber by using the same are provided to enhance efficiency by not giving stress to the red sea cucumber with no light stimulus. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of red sea cucumber comprises the following steps. After the red sea cucumber spawns in a bath, the eggs of the red sea cucumber are hatched. The eggs are grown. Larvae collection is carried out. Through a controlling bath (100), a little red sea cucumber is grown. An induced birth of the red sea cucumber is carried out in a condition where the red cucumber is turned over and dried and water of 3°；C or higher is put into the bath so that the red sea cucumber is induced to spawn. The bath comprises a net (40) which separates wastes from the red sea cucumber and two guide parts (60a, 60b) which are formed in the wall of the bath so that a waste removing part is moved. The waste removing part comprises a moving roller along with the upper and lower rails of the guide part, brushes, and a supporting bar which the brushes the waste in the bath by the roller and delivers power for moving the brush and the roller.본 발명은 산란 확인 수조(70)를 통하여 어미 홍해삼의 산란을 확인하고, 어미 홍해삼 산란 유도에 따라 수정 및 부화하는 단계, 홍해삼 유생을 사육하는 단계, 상기 홍해삼 유생을 채묘하는 단계 및 관리 수조(100)를 통하여 새끼 홍해삼을 사육하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 어미 홍해삼 산란 유도는 50분 내지 70분 동안 어미 홍해삼을 뒤집어 놓은 상태로 건조시킨 후 자연수온보다 3℃ 높은 가온 해수를 주수하여 수조에 있는 홍해삼을 자극하여 산란을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 관리 수조(100)는 수조의 각 모서리에 연결되며, 홍해삼 배설물과 홍해삼 서식장소를 분리시키는 그물망(40) 및 오물 제거부가 이동할 수 있도록 수조 측벽 저면에 형성된 서로 독립된 두개의 가이드부(60a, 60b)를 포함하며, 상기 오물 제거부(50)는 상기 각각의 가이드부(60a, 60b)의 상측 레일(61) 및 하측 레일(62)을 따라 이동하는 롤러(51), 상기 롤러(51)에 연결되어 롤러의 이동에 의하여 관리 수조 바닥면에 쌓인 배설물을 쓸어내며 제거하는 브러쉬(52) 및 롤러(51)를 이동시키기 위한 힘을 전달하는 지지바(53)를 포함하는 홍해삼 양식방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따르면, 그물망 및 가이드부가 형성된 관리수조에서 홍해삼을 양식하는 경우, 상기 가이드부에 연결된 오물제거부를 이용하여 배설물 청소시 온도 또는 진동 등에 의한 스트레스를 최소화하고, 산란 확인 수조에서 홍해삼의 산란 여부를 망목 채집망을 통과한 해수를 현미경을 통하여 간편하게 확인할 수 있음으로 종래 산란 여부 확인을 위하여 빛 자극 등의 스트레스를 홍해삼에게 주지않아 홍해삼 양식에 있어 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다
