PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical treatment device equipped with an organic electroluminescent element in which heat generation during treatment is reduced, and adhesion and curved surface adaptability with an affected part are excellent, and which can stably irradiate light of a wavelength optimum for treatment, which exerts a high optical treatment effect.SOLUTION: An optical treatment device includes an organic electroluminescent element whose light-emitting wavelength is in a wavelength region of 400-2,000 nm as a surface emitting light source.
