The device has a lower part comprising a circular base edged on its periphery by an external edge and an emerging cylinder in its center, and walls extending between the cylinder and the edge to form compartments. An upper part (200) comprises a circular lid (202) intended to cover the compartments, and a recess (204) extending according to an angular extent equal to an angular extent from the compartments. An attachment unit (250) comprises a fixation unit ensuring fixation of the upper part on the lower part.
