PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vegetation landscape block is provided to use recycled resources and to prevent environmental contamination due to incineration and disposal of waste wood. CONSTITUTION: A receiving member(100) made of waste wood has a receiving space inside and an opening in one side. A net member(500) in a net type is installed on the receiving member. Waste wood members(200) are installed on the receiving member with a predetermined gap. A water drainable filling member is filled between the receiving member and waste wood members. The water drainable filling member comprises soil, sand, gravel, a combination thereof, or a mixture of the combination thereof and crushed waste wood. A plant member(400) is vegetated on the water drainable filling member. The receiving members are installed continuously so that more than two receiving members are mutually adjacent. The water drainable filling member is filled in the borders of the adjacent receiving members. A vegetation member is vegetated on the water drainable filling member of the border. The outside of the receiving members, which are installed continuously to be adjacent to more than two receiving members, is finished by fixing additional timbers(110). The ratio of the combination and the crushed waste wood is 70%:30%.본 발명은 자연적인 손상 목재, 벌목 잔재 및 건설현장에서 발생하는 폐목재 그리고 톱밥 등을 조경 구조물에 접목시킴으로써 자원의 재활용을 가능하게 하고, 자연 폐목재의 활용에 따른 자연 친화적 조경 구조물을 제공할 수 있는 폐목재를 활용한 조경 구조물 및 그의 제작 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 내부에 수용 공간을 가지며, 일면 개방된 폐목재 재질의 수용 부재； 상기 수용 부재 상에 설치되는 그물망 형태의 네트 부재(net member)； 상기 수용 부재 상에 소정 간격을 갖고 구비되는 다각형 또는 원형 단면의 기둥 형태의 폐목재 부재； 및 상기 수용부재와 폐목재 부재 사이의 공간과 상기 폐목재 부재 사이의 공간에 충전되며, 흙, 모래, 자갈이나 이들의 조합물로 이루어지는 배수성 충전 부재； 및 상기 배수성 충전 부재 상에 식생되는 식물 부재를 포함하는 식생 조경 블록을 제공한다.
