PURPOSE: A seed line net assembly for waterway construction and waterway construction method using the same are provided to prevent the destroying of seeds by preventing the separation of seeds from soil by using a wind unit. CONSTITUTION: A seed line net assembly for waterway construction comprises a body unit(10) and a wing unit(20). The body unit comprises a main wire mesh(11) and a main seed line net. The main wire mesh is composed of a floor wire, corresponding to the floor of a waterway, and a side wire toward expanded from the both end of the floor wire. The wing unit is installed in the slope of the waterway. The wing unit comprises a secondary wire mesh and a secondary seed line net. The supplementary wire mesh is relatively installed in the side wire to move up and down.
