A composition comprising: a powdered extract of unfermented tea and a powdered preparation containing polyunsaturated fatty acids, in which the total amount of the powdered extract of unfermented tea and containing polyunsaturated fatty acids of the powdered preparation is at least about 90 weight percent. % of the composition and in which the powdered extract of unfermented tea contains at least 40 mass. % gallate epigallocatechin (EGCG) and from about 5 to about 20 mass. % epigallocatechin (EGC) based on the weight of the powdered extract of unfermented tea. 2. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the powdered preparation containing polyunsaturated fatty acids contains microcapsules. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the powdered preparation containing polyunsaturated fatty acids contains a powdered emulsion. The composition according to claim 1, in which the ratio of the extract of unfermented tea and a powdered preparation containing polyunsaturated fatty acids is from 1:50 to 1: 10.5. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, in which the extract of unfermented tea contains more than about 80 mass. % of total polyphenols and the content of EGCG exceeds 45 mass. % relative to the weight of the powdered extract of unfermented tea. 6. The composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, in which the extract of unfermented tea contains more than about 80 mass. % of total polyphenols, the content of EGCG is from about 45 to about 55 mass. % and the content of EGC is from about 10 to about 13 mass. % based on the weight of the powdered extract of unfermented tea. 7.
