PURPOSE: A flaxseed oil additive composition for production of omega-3 fatty acid milk is provided to improve the content of the omega-3 fatty acid within a meat and to reduce the content of cholesterol by adding flaxseed oil water soluble powder and an extract. CONSTITUTION: A flaxseed oil additive composition is supplied to milk cow by being mixed in an amount of 0.1-50 weight% based on the total amount of feed. The flaxseed oil additive composition includes flaxseed oil water soluble powder or a flaxseed oil water soluble extract. The flaxseed soil additive water soluble powder contains a large amount of omega-3 fatty acid which is manufactured by mixing water with 1-99 weight% of flaxseed oil including linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, 30-90 weight% of epigallocatechin-3-galate, 6-35 weight% of epigallocatechin, and 1-99 weight% of a green tea catechin extract containing the epicatechin-3-gallate.본 발명은 오메가-3 지방산 우유 생산용 아마씨유 첨가제 조성물을 젖소에게 급여하여 일반 우유에 대비하여 오메가-3 지방산을 2 내지 10배 함유하는 오메가-3 지방산 우유을 생산하여 오메가 지방산 함량을 높이고 콜레스테롤 함량을 낮추게 하는 오메가-3 지방산을 함유하는 오메가-3 지방산 우유 생산용 아마씨유 첨가제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
