The fishing rod supports a fishing line(10), and includes a lower frame(112) and an upper frame(114). One end of the upper frame is combined to the lower frame to rotate the upper frame to the left and right directions. The camera is installed on the end of the fishing line for taking underwater images and generating image signals. The driving unit moves a fishing hook installed on the end of the fishing line, and includes a first driving motor(132) rotating the reel for adjusting the location of the fishing hook.
