CONSTITUTION: A capture tool of a fish trap comprises upper ring(21), a lower ring(23), and a capturing unit(40). The upper ring and the lower ring are mutually detached to the upward and downward direction. The capturing unit comprises a plurality of support bars(25). A plurality of support bars interlinks the upper ring and the lower ring. The main body is wrapped with a first drag net(30). The trap comprises of an entry path, a net body(41), and the supporting bars. The size of the entry path is gradually narrower as it goes to the inside. The net body is formed into the second drag net.본 발명은 어로용 통발의 포획구 및 이를 이용한 통발에 관한 것으로서, 통발에 설치되어 물고기나 꽃게, 낚지 등이 유인되어 들어오는 포획구의 입구측을 합성수지로 사출성형하여 형성함으로써 포획구의 설치공정이 간단함과 동시에 통발에 견고하게 결합될 수 있는 어로용 통발의 포획구 및 이를 이용한 통발에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 어로용 통발의 포획구는 상하방향으로 상호 이격된 상부링 및 하부링과, 상기 상부링 및 하부링을 연결하는 다수의 지지바를 가지며 제 1그물로 감싸진 본체에 설치되는 포획구에 있어서, 상기 포획구는 내부에 진입통로가 마련되며 제 2그물로 형성된 망체와, 상기 망체와 결합되어 상기 망체를 상기 본체에 지지시키며 합성수지로 사출성형된 지지수단을 구비한다.
