PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical container and a transfusion tool which can more securely prevent liquid from leaking to the outside and comprise a structure suitable for sequentially mixing a plurality of contents.SOLUTION: Pressing an opening part 201a of a medicine container 200 to a second inner cylindrical body 310 in a state in which slide movement of a first inner cylindrical body 330 and the second inner cylindrical body 310 is restricted by a first lock mechanism and a second lock mechanism makes a first puncture needle 333a pierce an elastic closing membrane 202 closing the opening part 201a and stretch out the first lock mechanism and the second lock mechanism to release their locking, and makes a second puncture needle 333b pierce a blockade membrane 103. Thereby, the medicine container 200 and an infusion container 100 are communicated with each other through a liquid transfusion tool 300.
