PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of using transfer member and a method of using medicine mixing kit where a medicine stored in one container is dissolved or mixed in a liquid such as a solution contained in another container with a double-ended needle, or diluted with the solution while preventing leakage of the medicine between the double-ended needle and the container storing the liquid.SOLUTION: When a first container and a second container are brought into communication with a transfer member 30, a first puncture needle 332 is pressed by an elastic plug at the mouth of the first container so that a communicating part 302 slides toward a bottom 320 of a cylinder 301, a thin section 323 at the bottom of the cylinder is pierced with a second puncture needle 333, then the elastic plug is pierced with the first puncture needle, and a membrane section of the second container is pierced with the second puncture needle so that the first container and the second container are brought into communication with a communicating path 336 of the double-ended needle, and then a medicine and a solution are allowed to be mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】両頭針を用いて一方の容器に収容された薬剤を、他方の容器に収容された溶解液等の液体に溶解若しくは混合させ、又は溶解液で希釈する際に、薬剤が両頭針と液体を収容する容器との間に漏洩するのを防止することが可能な移注部材の使用方法及び薬剤混合キットの使用方法を提供する。【解決手段】第１容器と第２容器の移注部材３０を用いた連通を行うに際して、第１容器の口部に於ける弾性栓体で第１穿刺針３３２を押圧することにより、連通部３０２を筒状体３０１の底部３２０に向かってスライド移動させ、更に、第２穿刺針３３３を筒状体の底部の薄肉部３２３に貫通させた後、第１穿刺針を弾性栓体に貫通させると共に、第２穿刺針を第２容器の膜部に貫通させるようにすることで、第１容器と第２容器を両頭針の連通路３３６で連通させ、薬剤と液体を混合させる。【選択図】図４
