PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution container with a double-ended needle which can simplify a manufacturing process by the reduced number of components and hardly causes leakage of liquid since a double-ended needle does not fall out from a mouth part of a solution container in detaching a used medicament container.SOLUTION: A solution container 1 with a double-ended needle includes a solution container 6 and a lid body 2 connected to a mouth part 61 of the solution container, has a double-ended needle 3 that is movable in an axial direction and a cylindrical part 21 formed into a cylinder that is coaxial with the double-ended needle 3 on the lid body 2, and can couple the solution container 6 to a medicament container via the double-ended needle 3 in an internally communicating state by pressing the medicament container into the cylindrical part 21 when used. The solution container 1 with a double-ended needle has a plug body 4 provided at a connecting part to the mouth part 61 of the solution container 6 inside the lid body 2, and the lid body 2 and the plug body 4 are fused together.
