PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably perform dispersion work of an agent to seedlings for planting.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device 4 comprises: a seedling mount table 13 a planting mechanism 14 and a partial row clutch capable of turning on and off a transmission state to the planting mechanism 14 for every partial row out of plural rows. An agent dispersion device 32 for dispersing an agent to the seedlings for planting, which are mounted on the seedling mount table 13 is disposed to the seedling planting device 4 in a state that its position is fixed.
