PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plan of a residential unit in a housing complex, the floor plan being helpful for a dog and other pets overcoming lack of exercise.SOLUTION: A housing equipment installation area 20 that includes at least a wash stand 24 and a closet 26 and does not include a bathroom is placed along one party wall 6 of party walls that face each other and extend in a depth direction of a residential unit, and a passage space S is formed that allows linear passage along the housing equipment installation area 20 between a main entrance 10 that connects to a common corridor 2 and a balcony 3. In the housing equipment installation space 20, the wash stand 24 is placed in a middle part in the depth direction of the residential unit, and a bathroom 40 at a location opposite the wash stand 24 with the passage space S in between, leaving a space from the other party wall 5 of the party walls.
